After-Hours DTF Printing – Terms of Service

Our After-Hours DTF Printing service is available at a higher rate to accommodate urgent orders outside of standard business hours. This service is subject to availability and current production workload.

All after-hours orders are processed in the order they are received.

Weekday After-Hours Printing (Monday – Friday)

  • Artwork files must be submitted no later than 4:00 PM on the day of printing
  • Orders received after this cutoff will not be eligible for weekday after-hours processing
  • Turnaround time is typically between 6:00 PM and 10:30 PM
  • Completion time is not guaranteed and depends on: 
    Current print queue & Length and complexity of the job

This service is intended for same-day collection only.

Weekend Printing (Saturday & Sunday)

  • Artwork files must be submitted no later than 9:00 AM
  • Orders received after this cutoff will not be processed on the same day
  • Turnaround time is typically between 10:30 AM and 3:00 PM
  • Completion time depends on: Current pending jobs & Length and complexity of the order

Weekend printing is available at a higher rate and is strictly for same-day collection

Please note: Reprints will not be issued for low-resolution, pixelated or poor-quality artwork uploads. Refunds or reprints requested for any other reason are subject to management approval.

Art Upload Recommendations

We accept all file types, but vector files are always preferred. Raster images should be at least 300 DPI for the best print quality.

Tip: If using Canva or Procreate, export your designs as PDFs for optimal results.

Minimum Size: While DTF handles fine details well, elements smaller than 0.5mm (0.02 inches) may not transfer properly.

Shinobi Hot Peel DTF Transfers are built to last. Independently tested by a local laundromat, our prints endured 70 machine wash cycles (normal wash, line dry, 100% cotton) with no cracking, no peeling, and no loss of colour. The transfers maintained their integrity and flexibility, showing minimal change in feel and no delamination — proving true commercial-grade durability.

How quickly can I get my order?

Our standard turnaround is same-day for orders received before 11 AM. Orders placed after 11 AM will be processed the following day. We also offer after-hours and weekend printing options.

What file format should my artwork be?

Vector artwork is always preferred. Raster images should be at least 300 DPI. Preferred file formats: .AI, .PDF. Other accepted formats: .PNG.
